How it works
Praia do Forte has a reef barrier very close to shore. At low tide the water pulls back and forms shallow, crystal-clear natural pools among the corals — open-air aquariums with colourful fish and other marine life visible without diving deep.
Tide table
Open from 9am to 3pm. The water is already low enough about 2 hours before the exact low-tide time, while it's still going out — so the tour can start before low tide itself.
