- Arrival
- We recommend arriving 15 minutes before departure time.
- Delays
- We may wait up to 15 minutes when operationally possible. Waiting is not guaranteed.
- Rescheduling
- One reschedule is allowed when requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Under 48 hours
- The reschedule provided by the policy is no longer available.
- Cancellation
- We do not offer free cancellation for a change of mind, except for rights guaranteed by law.
- Weather
- Rain or clouds do not automatically cancel the experience.
- Operations
- Because we work with vehicles, boats, equipment and outdoor conditions, reasonable delays may occur.
- Safety
- Safety always comes before keeping strictly to the schedule.
